If you wish to return goods after delivery you have a duty to keep them in your possession and to take reasonable care of them until you return them.
You must contact us within 48 hours of receipt of the goods if you would like to return your order.

Goods must then be returned in their original condition, including immediate packaging, within 7 working days of receipt. Unfortunately earrings cannot be returned unless faulty.
